The interior design of this penthouse with views of the Mediterranean and the island of d´en Sales is bifurcated to respond to two possible scenarios: the first is a foreign couple who loves the Balearic Islands and wants to relax in a fluid space, the second instead It adapts to the same couple accompanied by their entire family.

At the front of the distribution, a master bedroom opens to the living room, becoming an open, continuous and fluid space. That same bedroom is closed and supported by two more bedrooms at the back of the house to respond to a broader program of inhabitants.

Framing the views towards the distant horizon drawn by the sea and a neutral palette typical of the Balearic Islands make up the materiality of the interior.
