THE APPARTMENT_ A balearic penthouse

The project demolished the existing layout in order to incorporate a pitched double height roof that was hided under the ceiling.  This intervention allows us to gain meterage that can be used for the second room as a loft over the kitchen area. The interior is very white as the balearic vernacular houses seating over a continuos poolished concrete floor and bespoke timber elements.
