The project organizes the bedrooms around a courtyard, with three rooms strategically placed along its perimeter to maximize light and privacy. At the core of the design lies a travertine-clad box that contains two bathrooms, serving as both a functional element and an architectural centerpiece. This box defines the spatial hierarchy of the living room by being displayed at a lower level than the ceiling height, subtly delineating the space while exposing the concrete beams above.
The kitchen and dining area are unified by a bespoke 5-meter-long travertine feature, combining functionality with material elegance. The interplay of raw concrete and the warmth of natural stone creates a refined yet grounded atmosphere, balancing openness and intimacy throughout the home.
