The apartment’s new design introduces a reconfigured living space where the kitchen is seamlessly integrated, creating a more open-plan layout. This central space is directly connected to the terrace, enhancing the flow of movement and providing a brighter, more spacious atmosphere. The program distributes two bedrooms on the lower level and one bedroom on the upper level, ensuring both functionality and privacy. The intervention is conceived by enclosing an existing open area with a new wall, giving the apartment a more sophisticated and private character.
A key feature of the project is the marble kitchen island, which extends into a dining table, blending practicality with elegance. The interior is complemented by a carefully curated lighting design, conceived in a minimalist approach that emphasizes clarity, refinement, and spatial fluidity.
