Situated in a prime location in Vienna, the project draws inspiration from the city’s architectural legacy, standing in proximity to iconic residential works by Adolf Loos, Josef Frank, and Otto Wagner. Rooted in the tradition of the Viennese school, the design reinterprets historical references with a contemporary sensibility. The rear elevation pays homage to Loos’ Villa Steiner, echoing its formal language while introducing modern materials and detailing that emphasize clarity and elegance.

The U-shaped floor plan is conceived to embrace an internal courtyard, creating a sheltered space that celebrates the changing seasons. This arrangement fosters a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior, encouraging natural light and fostering a sense of openness. The house is thoughtfully designed to balance historical reverence with contemporary living, making it both timeless and innovative.
