The remodeling project for the 38th floor of the Torre Emperador, one of the most recognizable landmarks on the northern stretch of Madrid’s Paseo de la Castellana, has been conceived as a statement of innovation, sustainability, and brand identity.
At the heart of the intervention lies the design and installation of a bespoke 3D-printed interior skin. This element, meticulously fabricated and assembled to measure, adapts to the geometry of the tower’s central core, transforming the existing structural framework into a contemporary architectural feature. Far from being a purely decorative gesture, the skin provides a dynamic dialogue between technology and space, where digital design and additive manufacturing processes become tools to achieve both precision and uniqueness.
