This apartment renovation in central Madrid artfully bridges the historic charm of the original architecture with contemporary sophistication. The intervention preserves and restores elements of significant architectural value, such as intricate moldings, traditional wooden joinery, and decorative ironwork, ensuring their integration into the new design.
Natural stone flooring introduces a sense of timeless elegance, grounding the interior with its organic textures and subtle hues. Bespoke furnishings and fixtures, crafted with precision and modern sensibility, provide a refined contrast while enhancing functionality and aesthetic coherence.
The frameless doors and soft curves transform the corridor into a fluid, elegant space. Along a striking brick wall, we’ve created a master suite that accentuates the depth and linearity of the layout. By opening up the living room and kitchen, we’ve crafted a generous, light-filled open plan — a truly diaphanous space that invites connection and ease.
