The original house, dating back to 1920, is part of the Cabanyal neighborhood in Valencia. Our intention is to preserve the most defining elements of the building’s identity: its generous ceiling height of more than four meters, the exposed stone found in the central columns and walls, the original timber beams on the upper floor, and above all, the sense of scale that defines the space.
